Virginia Weldcore Inc. was founded in 2019 by career welder Seth Stainback and graduate shipyard apprentices Kasey Laughlin and Steven Yewcic. As a collective group Weldcore's extensive experience and confidence on the deck plates drove us to chart our own course and go into business for ourselves. The "Keep Hammering" attitude that fuels us is reflected in all aspects of our business, is embodied by our employees, and can be seen in the consistent results of every project. We aim to exceed our customers expectations and deliver a product we are proud of. A pride in craftsmanship that can only come from those that have spent their careers perfecting their trade.

The genesis of "Weldcore" was to be the premier welding, fabrication, and inspection company of the waterfront. We have since evolved and expanded our range of capabilities in an effort to offer a more well rounded product to our customers. From sea to shore, Weldcore is here to support.
